Ken Levenson

Ken Levenson, an architect with more than 20 years experience, has overseen award-winning projects. After receiving a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute in 1989, he worked at several prominent firms including Iu + Bibliowicz Architects and Thanhauser and Esterson Architects. He is licensed in New York State and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the U.S. Green Building Council and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce.

Becoming alarmed by our unfolding climate crisis, Ken built Checklist Toward Zero Carbon at the start of 2008 - a website to help everyone do what they can to reduce their carbon footprint comprehensively. Ken is currently in the midst of training to become a Passive House certified consultant.

Raye McDavid

Raye McDavid's experience covers a wide range of project types, including educational, commercial interiors, residential, healthcare, and work with not-for-profit organizations. Ms. McDavid brings to each project a creative design approach closely responsive to the client's needs, and careful attention to detail. She has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and is licensed in the State of New York.
